CoreCentric
- We all need to press the ESC key and rebalance the body. This is a no impact class designed for all levels. Principles from Pilates and yoga are used to focus on spinal alignment, core strengthening and stretching. We will work to undo the daily affects of the "sitting disease" with the use of these principles. This is a fundamental fitness building block program that is fit for everyone!

CoreBurn
- Get the heart rate up and burn those calories! This aerobic class is designed for all levels. It's a fun dance inspired class that is easy to follow along and get your groove on! Challenge your core stability, coordination while strengthening and toning the body.
